The Role

We are seeking an Asset Management System Analyst to join our Field Maintenance division. This challenging role is pivotal in undertaking analysis and implementing improvement solutions for the Asset Management System (AMS).

Focus areas will include;

  • Sourcing and analysing information on current practices, processes, costs and issues with the AMS
  • Preparing business requirements and functional specifications
  • Preparing periodic and ad-hoc status reports and project plans
  • Supporting reporting system development for Infrastructure Services and Field Maintenance

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Engineering or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrated competency of Business Intelligence tools and SQL in supporting business performance monitoring and system behaviour
  • High level of proficiency in the application of SQL to manage AMS data and functionality
  • Knowledge and experience providing business administration support for asset management applications. Experience with Maximo configuration and workflow is highly desirable
  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrated competency in analysis, identification, recommendation and implementation of innovative business process and system improvements
  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrated competency in project management
