The primary role of the Team Leader – Residential Services (Land Development) is to assist the Manager Growth and Development in providing CHW with high quality residential land development services. 

You will be expected to:

• Lead, manage and motivate employees and deliver results and improvements to systems, processes and procedures
• Demonstrate high level of influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to build and maintain strong personal and corporate relationships
• Have an understanding of Victorian planning policy, urban development, environmental, asset policy / best practice.

The successful candidate will be highly customer focused with proven experience in people leadership and both operational and strategic communications.
