Team Leader – Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance

Central Highlands Water is seeking a team leader to join the newly appointed Manager Network Field Services in leading their mechanical and electrical maintenance team on an ongoing basis (full-time or part-time).

The successful candidate will be passionate about safety, customers and continuous improvement as well as the development of a high performance team culture.

If you are the successful candidate you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and fostering a ‘safety first’ culture that supports CHW’s aspiration of zero harm;
  • Managing and supporting team members to enable achievement of personal and team goals and objectives;
  • Planning, co-ordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical maintenance services across water and wastewater networks and treatment plants and water resources and facilities; and
  • Management of mechanical and electrical maintenance contracts and relationships.

This is a new opportunity for an aspiring team leader and contract manager to drive improvements in a key area of focus for Central Highlands Water, based in the vibrant regional city of Ballarat.
