Central highlands water, located in Ballarat, Victoria’s most vibrant regional city, has an exciting opportunity for a high performing organisational development executive to join its senior management team. 

As the General Manager People and Culture you will be a strategic partner supporting the Business on its journey of further developing its HR/OD capability by endorsing the culture and diversity strategies and programs that the organisation has in place.

A proven human resource professional with relevant qualifications and demonstrated leadership capability, you will build effective relationships, be a strategic thinker and facilitator, possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and be able to effectively present, negotiate and influence the organisation, employees and our customers.
