Technical Advisor - Capital Planning and Asset Renewals

$73K-$94K pa. plus super

Reporting to the Technical Specialist – Infrastructure and Design, you will work within the Strategic Asset Management and Planning team to support the capital planning, asset renewal programs, the options assessment and concept design development for CHW. This role provides strategic direction to the growth within one of the faster growing regional hubs in Victoria.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and update of key capital water and sewer renewal programs 
  • Project optioneering and concept design, including treatment plants and pipelines 
  • Project and design management of consultants 
  • Offering technical leadership and ensure alignment of capital renewal programs with operational maintenance and inspection plans. 
  • Support the development of asset management plans for key asset classes and major sites. 
  • Streamlining and supporting the automation of data analytics and utilisation of data and information to drive decisions 
  • Development of Business Cases to initiate delivery of projects

This is a permanent and ongoing role with flexible work arrangements available.
