The Role

As a key member of the Growth and Development team you will be required to determine and effectively communicate the works required for the proper servicing of land developments.

Team Leader Development Services

You will exercise engineering-based investigation, assessment, risk management and audit activities under CHW’s land development process to ensure the acceptable servicing of land, appropriate construction methods and expected quality of new assets are delivered to CHW.

If you have:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience.
  • Relevant leadership management skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact and negotiate effectively with stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and process matters within broad principles, guidelines and policies and provide accurate and timely responses to development applicants.
