About the role:
The newly created role of Program Manager – Strategic Initiatives will oversee a portfolio focused on improving customer outcomes across CHW.

This role will focus on:

  • Leading the day-to-day management and governance of the program of works related to our strategic initiatives.  Regularly providing reports to governance forums to inform on progress
  • Ensure project objectives are met within time, quality and budgetary constraints
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting project scopes, deliverables and success measures are aligned to strategic objectives
  • Ensuring that program and project issues and risks are managed according to the defined processes and corrective action is applied as required
  • Providing oversight/management of internal/business resource allocation and collaboration with teams/division, and coordination and prioritisation of external resources where required
  • Developing and implementing overarching resource plans
  • Lead the planning of benefits realisation, and subsequent reporting by business stakeholders to ensure business outcomes and benefits are achieved
