About the role
Our Customer Service Manager will have a passion for exceeding customer expectations in service delivery, and continuously developing their team, as they lead and manage the day to day operations of our Customer Services team.

This position will focus on:

  • Developing and further enhancing the CHW customer experience framework
  • The daily management of our Customer Enquiries, Customer Care and Metering teams
  • Leading teams to meet KPIs and exceed our customers’ expectations, including the end to end billing cycle and related services
  • Continuously developing our Customer Service team members, ensuring they are engaged and striving to continuously improve
  • Working closely with CHW’s other internal teams, to share and understand team strategies, service delivery process improvements and campaigns to ensure the customer experience is seamless and valuable
  • Ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality infield, phone based and face to face service, education and support, and ultimately providing all customers, with a positive contact experience.
