About the role:
Our Team Leader Property Services will provide outcome focused leadership and support to our Property Services team ensuring the provision of effective and efficient services to our customers and stakeholders.

This role is responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing effective support, coordination and leadership to the Property Services team
  • Determining priorities and work standards, formulating policy, associated principles, practices and procedures relating to CHW’s property services
  • Ensuring standards of customer service are met by the team. Providing factual and consistent responses to technical enquiries, non-works developments and property services information requests in a timely manner
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes to drive exceptional customer experience
  • Undertaking contractor management including compliance, reporting and the management of KPIs and incentives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address property services issues
  • Resolving day to day issues including front desk and phone enquiry services and delegation of incoming service requests
  • Driving strategic outcomes by either leading or participating in project teams
