About the role:
Our Team Leader Development Services will oversee the engineering based investigation, assessment, risk management and audit activities under CHW’s land development process.

In this role they will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing strong and effective leadership and coordination of the Development Services team
  • Determining priorities, work standards and the formulation of policy and associated principles, practices and procedures relating to CHW’s development services
  • Continuously reviewing systems and processes to improve land development outcomes for customers and the business in accordance with best practice
  • Providing customer centric services to internal and external customers through timely and accurate responses to development applications
  • Maintaining appropriate records and databases to enable monitoring, tracking and reporting of responses of all applications
  • Leading and providing input and support for field auditing and compliance inspections of development works both during construction and post construction
  • Managing activities required to improve the quality of spatial information contained within CHW’s GIS database to a suitable standard
  • Assessing and making recommendations on applications from consultants seeking accreditation
  • Liaising with other areas of the business, government authorities, local government and other water agencies to be the forefront of industry best practice and meeting WSAA standards
  • Providing current and timely reports as required
