Service Delivery Lead – Digital Metering

About the role:
Our Service Delivery Lead – Digital Metering will be responsible for the end to end implementation of our Digital Metering Program including the successful execution and performance of CHW’s service provision, community and stakeholder consultation and relationship management.
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Leading CHW’s service delivery with specific accountability for digital metering and intelligent networks (water and sewerage) implementation
  • Ensuring the customer experience is realised and maximised throughout the change program stages through to commissioning
  • Being responsible for the successful Digital Metering Program portfolio; including Project Management, Change Management, Contract Management, Risk Management and Governance
  • Providing support and thought leadership to internal stakeholders in the development of digital metering service delivery ideas, strategies and capabilities that focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and business uplift
