OFFICER - BUSINESS SUPPORT

We are seeking applications from highly motivated individuals to join the Goulburn Broken CMA in the role of Officer – Business Support.  The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player who is highly skilled in multitasking and has sound experience in delivering a range of administration and business support functions.

The position will see you utilise your well-developed support skills to effectively assist a range of program areas to manage their day to day office activities.  Duties will include supporting financial functions such as end-to-end accounts payable; administrative functions including minutes and agenda preparation, diary and meeting scheduling, data entry; and internal and external customer service.  We will also provide opportunities for you to share your skills and knowledge to enhance and improve systems.

You will have demonstrated experience in providing a range of administrative support to diverse teams, with strong communication skills that enable you to build strong collaborative relationships and are always looking for opportunities to take on new tasks.  Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel would be highly regarded as would previous experience with accounts and presentation programs.

 This position is full time, 38 hours per week.
