The Goulburn Broken CMA is excited to offer an opportunity to join our successful, friendly organisation in a position that will enable you to develop your passion for sustainable irrigation in the Natural Resource Management Sector.

We are seeking applications from motivated and committed individuals to join the Goulburn Broken CMA in the role of Project Officer – Irrigation. The successful applicant will be eager to work with an expert team to deliver a variety of projects under the Shepparton Irrigation Region.

The position will see you use your project management skills to effectively deliver projects in a timely and efficient way, continue to develop your knowledge and provide input and insight in the irrigation space. Duties will include project development and implementation including working collaboratively with the community and other stakeholders, data collection and analysis as well as review of current and new advancements to successfully deliver actions that improve on-farm systems, drainage, salinity, water quality and the environment.

You will have demonstrated experience in managing small to medium projects, with strong communication skills that enable you to build strong collaborative relationships and deliver project outputs and outcomes. You will be keen to continuously develop your knowledge in the sustainable irrigation space and understand stakeholder perspectives.
