The focus of these positions is to undertake water & wastewater works in Council’s Reticulation Team. The positions, under general supervision, perform new works, maintenance and repair work to Council buildings, water & wastewater facilities and reticulation infrastructure.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Maintenance & construction works associated with Council Infrastructure
• Complete installation and repair works to Council facilities and infrastructure to ensure they meet the relevant plumbing and drainage codes;
• Carryout tasks on water and sewer services to ensure where possible there is continuous operation of water supplies and sewer services;
• Assist with afterhours work and be part of on- call support roster of the water and wastewater section.
