Reporting to the Executive Director, Water Resources you will become a critical part of the water and catchments leadership team, contributing more broadly across the group and organisation. Establishing a strategic plan for your team, you will look to build the capability, to engage technical competence with the policy and work proactively to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Supported by a strong team of technical professionals, you will provide sound and timely advice and ensure that this is always tailored to the appropriate audience.

 

Highly regarded for your leadership and stakeholder management skills, you will bring an appreciation for technical competence in a relevant field such as hydrology. With a proven track record in successfully leading teams of highly qualified technical staff, you will understand what it takes to develop and build internal capability. You are well known for your ability to work across policy and technical issues and to communicate complex technical issues to a broad range of stakeholders.
