Water and Wastewater Overseer/Coordinator

Southern Downs Regional Council, located within 2 hours drive of Brisbane, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to fill our Water and Wastewater Overseer/Coordinator role.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the efficient delivery, operations and maintenance activities of Council’s Water and Wastewater assets from customer connection point to water source or wastewater disposal.

• Provide leadership to Supervisors within the Water and Wastewater treatment plants and maintenance areas.

You will have:

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate staff, motivate high level of performance to achieve organisational goals and foster teamwork.

• Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in maintenance of water and wastewater systems.

Salary:  $75,300 per annum
