Darebin City Council is looking for two skilled and motivated people to join our small and busy Water and Waste Team. You will use your proven knowledge and experience in environmental issues to lead and assist with projects and programs, strategy and policy. Your analytical and strategic thinking skills will be well used and you will have the opportunity to develop communications and promotions materials.

You may be involved in community engagement and education around water, waste and litter, including problem solving and generating new ideas. Your staff management and leadership abilities will be drawn upon frequently as you oversee the team and its delivery of customer service excellence. Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification with experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, environmental education and project and staff management experience.
