Alexandrina Council is a growing Council employing approximately 200 staff with a budget of around $46m. Covering an area of 1800 sq km, the area is supported by diverse industries including tourism, viticulture, general farming and dairying, fruit production, manufacturing, engineering and boat-building.
 
We are searching for a qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join its Sustainable Resources Team as a Project Officer – Process Improvement. Working within the Council’s Water Industry, this fixed term role would suit an individual with tertiary qualifications or equivalent, with experience in process monitoring, analysis and delivering technical integration projects.

The role will lead the scoping and implementation of a data acquisition and system control solution within the Water Industry. The work will be complex and multidimensional, involving changes to business processes, communication frameworks, technology, and considered development of the work team.
