MidCoast Water is looking for a qualified and experienced strategic finance professional. Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services and based in the Manning & Great Lakes area. The role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, strategy, accounting and reporting. In addition, the responsibility of this role extends to our Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive financial management background, preferably with experience in the public sector, along with a current professional qualifications, (CA or CPA) and the ability to develop and implement strategic long term financial plans.

The successful applicant will have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to manage relationships at the Board, Executive and staff levels.

Conditions of employment will be in accordance with the MidCoast Water Enterprise Agreement. The salary for this position is currently within the range of $107,000 to $112,000 per annum, plus 15.5% superannuation in accordance with MidCoast Water's salary system. A motor vehicle pursuant to MidCoast Water's motor vehicle leaseback arrangements is also available.
