The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is a Victorian Government statutory authority whose role it is to work with and support local communities to improve sustainable land, biodiversity and water resources management, in an area stretching from its head office in Colac to Geelong, Ballarat and Peterborough. 

Board and Executive Officer (Colac)

Full Time Permanent Contract – 38 hours per week

Salary range: $69,490 to $79,260 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation

A rewarding opportunity for a Board and Executive Officeris being offered to provide executive administration support to the Board, CEO and the Executive Management Team. 

With a focus on providing executive and business support, board secretariat duties, governance and compliance responsibilities, this role also contributes to the business and cultural development of the organisation through building and maintaining relationships with staff, board members and key stakeholders.

You will possess high level interpersonal, engagement and communication capabilities, with the strong customer service focus and awareness. You will have a flexible, adaptable and resilient approach, possess the ability to build strong professional relationships, gain cooperation and to work as part of a team. You will actively contribute to building and supporting a high performing organisational culture and model the values of the Corangamite CMA and the Victorian Public Service.

This role requires substantial relevant experience in executive level administrative support and Board Secretariat and/or Governance support or similar, as well as appropriate computer skills for a modern office environment.
