Your Role – The Operations Centre Manager is accountable for the management and operation of the Operations Centre, which provides 24-hour, 7-day monitoring of the SCADA network, response to reactive maintenance issues and management of network incidents. Ensuring the continuous provision of water and sewerage services is a key function of the Operations Centre.
The Operations Centre Manager is also accountable for the management and performance of the Control Systems Team, who provide technical support for the SCADA system
