Randstad have been engaged by one of our key clients in the water wastewater sector. This company Focus on delivering quality projects throughout QLD, they do have a national presence, this role will be working on projects around SEQ locations.

Most of their work are with repeat clients and they are on the panel for many of the local authorities and water boards. Due to the increased workload, they have created a new Site Engineer position within the business to assist them in the growth of the company.

They specialise in pipeline rehabilitation and have an abundance of work in the SEQ area with growing order book.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your duties will include:

• Managing projects and programs through their full life cycle from strategy development / concept phases through design, tendering, construction and commissioning.
• Contract Management & documentation
• Design Management
• Writing of general & technical specifications
• Risk assessment

You will need to meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in delivery of a Pipeline, Water or Wastewater projects
• Ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, organisational and time management skills
• Contribute to the preparation of project budgets and manage financial control
• Management of staff including Engineers and subcontractors

People from a pipeline rehabilitation background will be looked upon favourably.
