East Gippsland Water (EGW) serves an area of 21,000 square kilometres in the far south east of Victoria, which boasts some of Australia's most diverse and spectacular scenery.

The East Gippsland Region is an idyllic lifestyle location that is close to national parks, lakes, rivers and coastal regions. The region has a population of around 45,000 people, with water services provided to 25,700 customers and wastewater services provided to around 21,900 customers.

An exciting new opportunity is available for a professional and motivated individual to join our Strategy Team. This is a full-time ongoing role that will be based at the Bairnsdale Head Office.

The Planning and Performance Analyst will be play a key role in developing and reviewing strategies to enhance energy efficiency and environmental monitoring at East Gippsland Water, through the effective and meaningful analysis of current systems. 

This is a diverse role, giving you the opportunity to use your strong interpersonal skills to work with various staff across the organisation and externally on the ongoing development and implementation of the Corporations’ Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Strategies.
