Role Opportunity

• Seeking a an experienced Hydrologist, flood modeller or engineer with extensive experience in surface water / Flood Modelling.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil / Environmental Engineering or Environmental science.
• Must possess a high level of understanding with Hydrologic and hydraulic modelling packages.
• Experience using 12d and Drains will also be highly favourable
• Strong project management and report writing skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Technical Delivery of hydrologic studies and hydraulic analysis associated with surface water management and flooding.
• Flood modelling, mapping and report writing for a range of water and civil engineering projects.
• Hydraulic design of waterway infrastructure such as bridges, culverts, diversion drains etc.
• Mentoring of Junior engineers and detailed review of technical work by others
