Have you ever wanted to work for Canberra's supplier of essential water and sewerage services? Icon Water has an exciting opportunity in the Strategic Projects and Technology team for an experienced and motivated Office 365 Administrator who has a real passion for working with SharePoint online.

This role supports the business through assisting in the transition to Office 365, driving improvements and working collaboratively towards embedding new technical processes.

About the role

You will be working within the Program Delivery team to:

  • assisting in the digital transition to the Office 365 platform, initially focusing on establishing SharePoint online.
  • owning the configuration of SharePoint sites including but not limited to publishing on team sites, lists for libraries and security of data standards.
  • handle, monitor and resolve issues relating to SharePoint and Office 365 environment.
  • analyse, develop and implement SharePoint integrated workflows and platforms for smartphone devices.
  • facilitate training and information sessions to help educate Icon Water employees online processes and documents.
  • assist with the creation of policies around the use of Office 365 services.
  • work with external providers to resolve incidents and work through requests.

Your skills and experience

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing and maintaining a SharePoint environment
  • Experience in testing and implementing of information systems and practices.
  • Have the ability to handle confidential data and company information.
  • Demonstrates integrity at all times with user issues or complaints through delivering high quality services.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with different audiences.
