What you’ll do: 

  • Development of medium-term (2-10 year) Asset Management Plans to maintain acceptable levels of service at lowest cost, whilst effectively managing risks.
  • System level of analysis in support of asset plans to provide the business with visibility of the implications of different asset investment scenarios.
  • Early engagement with the project delivery team in the effective programming of works to enable effective, timely and efficient delivery.
  • Development of fit for purpose need statement briefs that effectively capture the risks or issues being addressed in the medium and long-term plan.
  • Support for the development and defence of regulatory pricing submissions.

What we are looking for:  

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (engineering preferred) or equivalent level of operational experience, with demonstrated ability in the development and implementation of Asset Management Plans
  • Understanding of how asset planning contributes to the efficient delivery of customer and stakeholder requirements
  • Experience in working within a team environment to achieve corporate and business unit objectives and maximise operational performance
  • Knowledge and understanding of asset management
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders
