About the role

The Manager of Business Services will be responsible for leading Councils Business Services Branch including Resource Recovery Centre, Saleyards and Swimming Centre’s to deliver quality, compliant and competitive services in line with Council’s vision and Business Plan.

About you

WSC is looking for a self-motivated professional who will be accountable for managing various civil works contracts in Waste Management, Saleyards and Swimming Centre’s.

More specifically, responsibilities will include:

  • Management and reporting on budgetary performance.

  • Reporting on Performance of the Business Plan for Business Services for the associated Business Units of; Resource Recovery Centre, Saleyards and Swimming Centre’s.

  • Delivery of continuous improvement strategies in line with legislative requirements.

  • Timely management of risk and the delivery of safe work practices.
