About the role

An exciting new position has become available at WSC for a suitably qualified and experienced person to lead the development and management of quality systems relating to both operational and regulatory compliance within Water and Sewer.

About you

In addition to a Bachelor Degree qualification in Science, Engineering, Environmental Health or relevant field, the position will be responsible for:

  • Development, planning and implementation of quality systems and project improvement strategies within the Water & Sewer Branch.

  • Liaise and negotiate with regulatory agencies.

  • Provide internal advice on regulatory matters relating to water and sewer operations and ensuring Council policies and procedures meet the regulatory standards.

  • Developing an audit program of work.

  • Compliance management of Councils water and wastewater processes and reticulation systems.
