SEQ Catchments is seeking a motivated and strategic thinking individual to join our Rural Catchments Team to support and inspire communities and stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes for our region’s key rural and environmental assets, facilitating the uptake of sustainable land management practices and promoting the sustainable use of our natural resources.

 If you are a highly skilled NRM professional with strong success in facilitating collaborative partnerships, developing opportunities and attracting significant investment to achieve long lasting outcomes then you might be the person we’re looking for.

SEQ Catchments works across South East Queensland to promote the sustainable use of our land and waterways. We take a key role in regional natural resource management and secure funding to deliver environmental outcomes through collaborative and innovative partnerships with community, industry and all levels of government.

 As the Southern Area Manager - Rural Catchments Team, you will be the primary point of contact between the community, partners and stakeholders and the broader SEQ Catchments organisation. You will primarily be working within the Logan/Albert catchments, from the Border Ranges through to the lower reaches of the Logan and Albert Rivers.  Local connections with and/or knowledge of these areas would be considered advantageous.
