Senior Engineer Asset Management - [Archived Advertisement]

A unique opportunity exists for a dynamic and experienced engineer to take up this senior position within the Asset Systems Branch at Wannon Water.

 The successful applicant will lead strategic asset management within Wannon Water to provide cost effective customer focused holistic life cycle management of Wannon Water’s asset portfolio. This position requires the ability to lead others within the organisation to be more efficient and effective in managing assets through improved asset management related systems and the foresight to identify and monitor emerging trends within this area.

 Applicants will need to demonstrate and possess the following attributes:

• Strong leadership skills;
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic;
• Can work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong understanding and experience in the principles of asset management;
• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or suitable equivalent);
• Minimum 5 years work experience within the water supply and sewerage sector would be highly regarded
• This position is located in Warrnambool and offers a salary in the range of $95,707.34 to $109,037.64 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation. Flexibility in working hours to meet family commitments can be considered for the right applicant.
