Wannon Water is seeking a highly skilled, energetic and qualified professional to join our People & Resilience Branch in an influential management role.

Leading the People & Wellbeing team, you will support the Branch Manager People & Resilience to lead and develop a contemporary performance culture that enables, influences and empowers our employees to love working at Wannon Water.

The People & Wellbeing Team are responsible for delivering and supporting a number of portfolios and functions including human resource management, industrial relations, occupational health and safety, training and development, inclusion & diversity and health & wellbeing.

This position is offering a progressive contemporary culture, leading flexible work practices and a generous remuneration package. Salary range $106,628 – $121,480 p.a, including superannuation.

A contribution is available to assist successful applicants to relocate from outside the Wannon Water region.
