An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and outcomes focused person to lead Wannon Water’s land development team. Applicants will be relationship focused and have an ability to be a key client interface, facilitate teams and oversee the delivery of water and sewer assets to Wannon Water.

Leading the Land Development team, you will support the Branch Manager Retail Services to set and align the team objectives to Wannon Water’s strategic objectives. Commencing with the planning and design phase for water and sewer, through to the delivery of new water and sewer assets to Wannon Water by the land development industry, you will motivate all stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve successful outcomes for Wannon Water and the community. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, motivate, support and develop team members by optimising and recognising their contribution to the business and providing a positive and inclusive working environment.

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative development works, policies and procedures.
  • Engage with the land development industry and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee effective processes and implementation for the ongoing management of minor trade waste and backflow prevention.

  • Work closely with the coordinators of the Customer Relations teams to deliver great outcomes for the Retail Services Branch.

This position is located in Warrnambooland offers a salary range of $106,628 to $121,480 p.a. including superannuation. Other benefits include flexible workplace arrangements, generous leave entitlements, training and development opportunities and access to Wannon Water’s Health and Wellbeing Program. A contribution is available to assist the successful applicant to relocate from outside the Wannon Water region.
