PN389 Manager – User Support

The Manager, User Support is responsible for managing and advancing the first and second level service and support of end-user requests and computing issues. The Manager is also responsible for project-managing the acquisition and roll-out of new hardware, software, applications and associated services which improve the end-user experience and maintain contemporary, secure and fit-for-purpose IT systems within the Authority, and will need to work closely with the Assistant Director, IT Operations and the broader IT team to do so.

The position requires strong leadership, technical, communication and coordination skills, and a commitment to end-user satisfaction and experience.
