About the Role

Requires a Process Engineer to manage the introduction of new product by establishing new manufacturing processes and monitor/maintain existing processes throughout product lifecycle. This includes participating in team-oriented design and development, working to technical specifications and managing tasks within an established time frame


  • Identify and improve manufacturing efficiency and capacity by implementing sound manufacturing process improvement practices
  • Provide Manufacturing process design and support
  • Process monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Support of new products going into production
  • Generation and maintenance of CAD/CAM files required in the manufacturing process
  • Testing and troubleshooting of new/existing designs
  • Liaison with suppliers, manufacturing and other internal/external stakeholder

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Demonstrated technical abilities applicable to Manufacturing Engineering;
  • Sound understanding of manufacturing principles;
  • Working knowledge of CNC programming;
  • Familiarity with CAD packages (preferably Solidworks)
