Harvey Water (HW) is a self-funded dual Cooperative which delivers non-potable water throughout the Harvey, Waroona and Collie River districts to both its Members and non-member customers. We are currently undergoing some significant growth and looking to expand our Team. 

Specifically, we are seeking Expression of Interests from Health, Safety, and environmental (HSE) Advisors.

The HSE Advisors would be expected to:

• Offer strategic advice to the project Team on enhancing project culture;
• Managing HSE compliance obligations onsite;
• Conferring with Clients on HSE matters;
• Assisting with the delivery of wider organisational objectives; 
• Ensuring HSE practices are imbedded into the way we operate. 

The eligible applicant must bring: 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Attention to detail;
• A strong team player who can work across the organisation;
• Must have and maintain a current drivers license;
• Able to work autonomously and/or in a team environment;
• Advanced computer skills;
• Advanced communication skills;
• Time management skills;
• Suitable experience and academic qualifications. 

Harvey Water pays a competitive base salary, plus 14.5% superannuation and performance incentives dependant on skills, qualifications and experience.
