What you’ll do:
- Manage the development and ongoing administration of maintenance and servicing contracts to support the delivery of services.
- Develop new servicing and maintenance contracts, in consultation with relevant SME across the business.
- Coordinate the procurement processes including tendering, contract execution and creating and receipting purchase orders.
- To ensure the timely management of contractual terms, payments and obligations, including monitoring and analysing the performance, reliability and efficiency of contractors.
- Support the continuous improvement of contract management processes & tools.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of contracting practices in contract preparation, tendering and award processes
- Demonstrated experience in writing scopes of work for contracts
- Ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders with competing priorities
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field or equivalent experience in contractual and procurement management
- A willingness and ability to travel to other sites within Greater Sydney.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
