A new Water Recycling Education Centre has opened in Sydney to explain the role of water recycling in securing the state’s water supply.

The centre is designed for universities, TAFE colleges and high schools, professional and trade groups, and key community groups.

The Water Recycling Education Centre is part of the $209 million St Marys Water Recycling Plant.

Sydney Water is working with secondary and tertiary teachers to ensure that the material at the centre targets and complements existing courses.
