We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager in Sydney, NSW, with a strong background in pumping and water treatment to the team. This role offers the opportunity to drive business expansion and cultivate lasting client relationships.

The Role:

As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets. You will oversee a portfolio of resellers, focusing on promoting a range of water treatment equipment, particularly pumps, across NSW. By nurturing client relationships, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will negotiate for in-store displays to support sales goals and actively pursue new business opportunities to enhance market presence.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience
  • Engineering degree or equivalent trade qualification
  • Experience selling into  agriculture, irrigation, building, and mining sectors
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
